WSS-411 is a bimetallic thermometer, and its protective tube, joint head, locking bolt, etc. are all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material. The case is made of aluminum plate stretched and processed with black electrophoretic treatment on the surface. The cover and box are sealed and locked with circular double-layer rubber ring threads, so the overall waterproof and anti-corrosion performance of the instrument is good. The radial instrument adopts a bent tube structure, which is novel, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing.

WSS-411 bimetallic thermometer is a field detection instrument used for measuring medium and low temperatures, which can be directly used to measure the temperature of liquefied and gas. Compared with glass mercury thermometers, it has the advantages of being mercury free, easy to read, and sturdy and durable.

Working principle

The WSS-411 bimetallic thermometer is a single needle indicator thermometer that uses a bimetallic strip wound into a spiral tube shape, with one end fixed and the other free end connected to the pointer. It rotates with temperature changes and drives the pointer to rotate to indicate temperature.

The WSS series bimetallic thermometer with thermocouple (resistor) and temperature transmitter is a temperature sensor for on-site display and remote transmission of electrical signals. It can both indicate temperature on-site and transmit signals from thermocouples (resistors) and two-wire temperature transmitters. As a new generation thermometer, it can be widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, power, textiles, food, and national defense.
